Custom Projects

Do you have  a custom project that needs a  lot of attention to detail?  A memorial project?  A wedding project?  Let's connect and  bring your thoughts  and dreams to a reality.

Jennifer

Jennifer asked me to take a pair of her bib overalls and add her  Dad's bandannas that she had  of his as a memorial.  She said to do what I wanted so I made hearts out of the three bandannas and sewed them on her bibs over foam to give a quilted effect.  I added a chicken to her Dad's white bandanna since Jennifer's business is Follis Funny Farm.  She makes and sells amazing jams and other canned goods.  I used the left over hearts and made her a denim foam lined and quilted wristlet .
It was a pleasure creating this sweet memory for such a sweet woman!

Taylor

Using her dad's Carhartt shirt, a pair of well-worn Dickies carpenter jeans, and a 25-year-old of Scooby-Doo underwear she once gifted to him, I crafted an amazing bag! The Scooby design on the underwear was placed on the bag over foam to make it stand out.  The waistband transformed into a key fob. The Carhartt shirt served as the bag's lining, complete with buttons and pockets. The back of the bag was has the rear jean pocket, showing years of wear with an outline of her Dad's wallet. I added belt loops to to hang a couple of carabiners, and Taylor was delighted with this-of-a-kind creation!

Wendy

Wendy is a true dragonfly lover!  I found the most beautiful and realistic dragonfly material and added it to her jean jacket.  Having more material left over I made her an adorable reversible crossbody purse.
